I didn't see your topic until it was (rightly) locked. Slap, you're not stupid. You should kinow that complaining about General isn't a pro active way of helping General. You could have put that effort into making a fun topic, a decent topic for General, not just another redone, rewritten moan up about the place.
The people killing the forums are the complainers. Of course it feels old after a few years, of course it feels like you're reading the same stuff over and again. I'd suggest that you spend less time actually browsing General if you don't enjoy it so much. But to completely write it off just because you've changed isn't the smart thing to do.
General is likely what it's always been - just with a few more rules now.
It's the users though that change as they get older.
